For sending a labor-service request over the internet and keeping the conversation with a coordinator in one place.

Users: business staff requesting labor support.

Data: name, email, phone if you add it, and the request text.

Orders

Junyangfan Orders

For reading the reference, status, and updates of an order the company has accepted.

Users: the requester and the assigned coordinator.

Data: order reference, status history, and the contact on that order.

Assist

Junyangfan Assist

For drafting a status note or a short summary. A person reviews the draft before anyone else sees it.

Users: Junyangfan coordinators, and requesters who receive the approved note.

Data: the text already stored on that order.

Accounts and deletion

If an application asks you to sign in, it uses the email you provide so we can match you to your orders. Notifications about status are optional and are sent only if you turn them on.

To correct or delete account information, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and the address you used. We confirm by reply and remove the account data we still hold, except records we must keep for a legal or accounting duty.
