What an order contains

A reference number, the service description you provided, the current status, the coordinator, and the dates of updates. We do not publish one customer?s order on this website for anyone else to read.

How to ask for a status

Email [email protected] or call +852 5248 4312 and include the reference. If you are writing about an application order, name the app as well: Link, Orders, or Assist.

Use the contact form and choose ?Orders??as the topic. A coordinator replies to say whether the company can take the work.
